Kendra Rask, ILH Swimming Champion and First Team

Kendra Rask, a Punahou sophomore, was named to the ILH Swimming and Diving Girls First Team for the 200 Yard Freestyle and the 200 Yard Medley Relay.  Kendra won the 200 Yard Freestyle and was a part of the winning 200 Yard Medley Relay team at the ILH Championships.  We previously mentioned that Kendra placed second and first, respectively in these events at the 2009 HHSAA State Swimming and Diving Championship.

Galen McCleary, ILH Wrestling Champion and First Team

Galen McCleary was named to the ILH Wrestling Boys First Team in the 140 lbs. division.  Galen won the 140 lbs. title at the ILH Championships and helped Punahou win the state title at the 2009 HHSAA State Wrestling Championship by placing third in that division.
