Kendra Rask, a sophomore, helped the Punahou girls swim team win the 2009 HHSAA State Swimming and Diving Championship.  Kendra placed second in the 200-yard freestyle with a personal record time of 1:58.76.  She was also a part of the teams that won first place in the 200-yard freestyle relay and the 400-yard freestyle relay.

Kendra began training at Tactical Strength in August 2008 at the recommendation of her physical therapist, Paul Matsumoto, at Physical Therapy Associates.  Coach Barry had Kendra training two to three times per week with the intent of peaking her performance for the state championships.

Congratulations Kendra!
